Cakes are not only crunchy plates that are always on hand as a quick, healthy and light snack. Wafle zbożowe z kiełkami

- 6 rice cakes
– natka pietruszki
- mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sunflower sprouts
- 2 tablespoons radish sprouts
- spoonful of cress
- cottage cheese
- salt, pepper

Drain the cottage cheese. Chop the parsley very finely. Brush the waffles on the edges with mayonnaise and coat with parsley. Spread a spoonful of cottage cheese in the centre of each sandwich. Sprinkle with a mixture of sprouts and cut cress. Season with salt and pepper.
