Ingredients:
- package of corn wafers
- 6 slices of pickled pineapple
- kiwis
- 100 g of natural cottage cheese
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of prepared peach sauce or honey
- lemon balm leaves for decoration

Mix cottage cheese with sugar. Drain the pineapple slices from the marinade and finely chop them. Peel the kiwis and also finely chop them. Spread the cottage cheese on the corn wafers, arrange the fruit on top. Pour over the peach sauce. Decorate with lemon balm leaves. Serve immediately after preparation.
