Cakes are not only crunchy plates that are always on hand as a quick, healthy and light snack. They can also serve as a base for other healthy natural gifts and together with them caress our palates either sweet or salty. Here are some suggestions on how this can be done quickly and easily. Let yourself be inspired!

Wafle owsiane z krewetkami i serem pleśniowym

- packet of whole wheat oat cakes
- 100 g blue-veined cheese
- 12 large prawns (may be frozen)
- pink grapes for garnish

Thaw frozen shrimps: grey shrimps (raw - without heads but with tails), should be rinsed, dried and fried briefly until orange in colour. Add salt towards the end of frying. If the prawns are grey and whole, peel them from their shells and cut off the heads and remove the black thread along the thorax, then fry. If the frozen prawns are already cooked (orange), simply thaw them and pour boiling water over them. Place a slice of blue cheese and 2 prawns on each cakes. Decorate the sandwich with slices of pink grapes.
