- packet of wholemeal buckwheat cakes
- 3 - 4 eggs
- bundle of radishes
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons radish sprouts
- salt, pepper

Hard boil the eggs, let cool, peel and finely chop. Wash radishes and cut into pieces. Mix the eggs with the mayonnaise and radishes, season with salt and pepper. Spread the paste on the sandwiches, sprinkle with radish sprouts.
