Ingredients:
- package of whole grain spelt cakes
- chocolate cream (e.g. nutella)
- 2 tablespoons of blanched almonds
- 2 tablespoons of sultanas
- tablespoon of hazelnuts

Pour boiling water over the sultanas for a few minutes. Crush the almonds and nuts as desired. Spread the wafers with the chocolate cream and then sprinkle with the nuts.
