Ingredients:
- 8 rice cakes
– 500 g truskawek
- 100 g of natural cottage cheese
- 100 mascarpone cheese
- 100 g vanilla homogenised cheese
- 2 tbsp honey
- fresh mint leaves
- a few dark chocolate cubes for decoration
Preparation:
Wash and finely chop the strawberries. Mix all types of cheese, add honey. Layer the cakes with the cheese mixture and the strawberries. Place more strawberries on the last layer and sprinkle with cut mint leaves and grated chocolate. Serve immediately after cooking.
