Ingredients:
- 8 rice cakes
- 200 g peas (can be frozen)
- spoon of 18 % cream
- tablespoon of butter
- a few mint leaves
- salt, pepper

Put the peas in salted boiling water and cook for a few minutes. Drain and run cold water over them. Blend all ingredients to a smooth paste. Spread on cereal and rice wafers and serve immediately.
